You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription at any point, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Visitor Reveal usage is calculated based on ‘unique company identifications,’ meaning unique visits to your site by a single company. For instance, if a company visits your site 25 times in one month, it is still considered just one unique company identification.

If you reach your limit, we will notify you and you will have the option to upgrade your plan.

At the end of the 30-day trial, if you decide not to continue with a paid plan, your data will be retained for an additional 30 days, giving you time to export or transition your data. After this period, the data will be securely deleted from our servers.

There are no setup fees for using Captiwate. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly and easy to integrate without additional costs.

Support is included in your subscription plan. We offer various support options based on your package.
