Senior full stack developer

I’m Aprod, the technical co-founder at Captiwate. We’re building a sales engagement software for SaaS companies to convert better with moving face to face experiences into the online space. We closed our first investment round, and are looking forward to expanding our team with a Senior Full Stack Engineer.

The job in a nutshell

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with proven background building scalable web applications. You will be a great fit if you are passionate about building products with great UX, you are focused and precise but also able to make fast decisions to reach our goal: Product Market Fit. 

You’ll spend time on the following

• Write clean, tested and well-documented code either on frontend or backend
• Work in a collaborative team environment with code reviews and occasional pair programming sessions
• Write end-to-end test suites for our existing code base
• Research advanced topics to lead our Product efforts like: website co-browsing, embedded video calls, device fingerprinting, visitor data enrichment and many more

Here is what we’re looking for

• You have at least 5+ years of experience building web applications
• You have at least 3+ years of experience using PHP and preferably Laravel
• You have at least 2+ years of experience using any modern JS framework (preferably Vue.js)
• You have strong knowledge of writing SQL, you understand relational databases and able to optimize queries for better performance
• You are passionate about learning new technologies and improve on a day-to-day basis
• You are open for feedback and able to give feedback to others

Bonus points if…

• You have experience in a Saas product based company
• You have built reactive apps with websockets
• You have working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker and CI/CD
